Angie Dean is in high demand as an inspiring, caring, patient and engaging Voice & Piano Teacher. Teaching from her Private Studio based in the secluded seaside suburb of North Bondi, Angie is well equipped at teaching students of all ages in a variety of styles including Classical, Jazz, Musical Theatre & Pop.
Angie continually prepares her students for an array of important exams including AMEB Piano and HSC Singing Exams and has also coached students in preparation for Auditions for Television (The Voice, X Factor), Musical Theatre Productions and Bands. Students are also involved in a yearly concert to showcase their progress and celebrate their achievements.
The Credentials Angie has attained include a Bachelor of Music (Performance) in Piano & Voice from the Elder Conservatorium at the University of Adelaide; A.Mus.A; Certificates in Accompaniment, Commercial Music & Instrumental Teaching; Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training and has studied Jazz Voice & Piano at the SACAE as well as the Seth Riggs method of ‘Speech Level Singing’.
Angie has taught at a number of prestigious institutions in Sydney including The McDonald College, Australian Academy of Dramatic Arts (now AIM Dramatic Arts), Rose Bay Secondary College, Hutchings Pianos and Eastern Suburbs Evening College just to name a few.
